charges and fees equally same each state and outlying U.S.A. territories. It would be published in the
Universal Health Plan (UHP) Book. 
2.-> To be operable,PHI would have micro-chip  inside  a  card called Unicard with a  finger print
reader as Provided (Aware Inc.com) on top side, so  as to stop the theft of patients' Unicard. UniCard to be
 kept in wallet by patients.UniCard swiped thru machine at any/all  institutions.Patient can use for
doctor appointment then to pharmacist for prescription. Dentist  another day.No papers. Just swipe 
Unicard for all needs.                                                                                                                                                                                      
3.->Pays for everything included in number (1.) as stated above. Federal 100% Patient 0% if within BMI . 
Federal 40%  Patient 60% if over BMI.     Cuts Claims + Cuts Obesity. Let's rid U.S.A of it's Obesity 
problem. 
4.->No Codes or Referred by Doctors,Payment One time to Dr. or hospital. NO double dipping into the
 pocketbook. Legally end this dirty practice.                                                                                                                       
5.->Insurance- NO  Medicare & Medicaid,private and/or patchwork medical insurance progams.   
6.->Insurance- Companies  & saleman exist with this only one plan. Not an array to pick from
any more! No Choices and/or hassles and worries anymore!
7.->Insurance- All insured regardless of health problems and age.  Age=New born-death.          
8.->Insurance- Major health insurance salesmen and companies prefer this.                                                                                                                 
9.->Interest- S.S.A.,Medicare,H.H.S has interest in UHP. 
10->Won't be taken out of paycheck like Medicare. You decide if you want it that month or not,
no  penalties.                                                                                                                                                               
11->It comes together with SSI. UHP & SSI in one paycheck. Medical & Income.Enough money
to pay medical & everyday bills.                                                                                                                
12.->OTC Medicine 50% off for factory workers and college students when ill with flu and give
Dr. notice. to Pharmacist.                                                                                                                                                               
13.->IRS_Income Taxes_Deductions=New Limit_Medicine - Brand $2000.00    Generic
$4000.00   
14.->Medical Supplies paid 75% are included for disabled and elderly ONLY
not every day accidents and/or problems.
15.->Research and Development Labs of all described in #1. 
16.->This plan would eliminate paperwork,all private health companies,medicare & other
medicare related  plans,medicaid & other patchwork programs.
17.->No end of life plan included in this health plan.  End of life goes to ESTATE plan.  
18.->BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD  plus U.S.A Doctors don't want a better health plan for all. 
19.->The UNIVERSAL HEALTH PLAN  can be used and is made for both U.S.A. (Domestic) 
and  Foriegn.
20.->Unecessary Tests dissallowed.
21.->NO billing from doctors office & hospital both for same service. Double Dipping.
22.->Medical Institutions & those in #1 to have papers with proof  of services go before a  judge
& witness before they can bill patient.
23.->All  written notes,prescriptions,dr. orders,everything  to be ENGLISH     
not    MEDICAL   (LATIN). 
24.->Completly Generic medicines,no brand names used in this plan.
Generics by 2012 - Federal Law. 
25.->Remember - one plan for all. NO federal health,medical or any insurance plan just for
government employees.
26. ->Home Health Services won't exist anymore.
27. ->NO membership,country club doctoring for persons.
